Our team’s experience
All of our team have science degrees and keep up to date with the latest guidelines and attend specific industry relevant training courses, forums and conferences. Some have higher degrees with research experience. We have worked for multi-national organisations on major infrastructure projects but also take the utmost care and attention on small projects for individual clients.

Health & Safety Policy and staff training
Our staff have CSCS cards and Emergency first aid at work training. Other on-site safety courses include HSG47 Avoiding Danger from Underground Services training.
The company was established in 1995 by two directors with science PhDs from Newcastle University: Soil Physics and Ecology. Limited company status was established in 2002 and after many years based within the Nanotechnology Centre at Newcastle University, the company has now progressed to having the main offices, workshops and soil thermal testing research/testing laboratory based within a business centre operated by Allendale Estates in Northumberland.
