Our current services are geared mainly to the renewable energy sector:
- Thermal testing of cable backfill, soils and rocks for high voltage power lines. The tests can be routine standard industry specified (ENATS) tests or research into low carbon alternatives either on site or in our bespoke laboratory.
- Electrical resistivity testing is increasingly routinely undertaken together with thermal testing for solar farm sites prior to any site development.
- We also have considerable experience of Agricultural Land Classification surveys on development sites prior to the planning permission process.
